2.) Proteins
Dieting for your health requires a diet menu that consist of proteins for proper growth and the energy our bodies need. Protein helps our bodies to fight off infections … while it supplies the cells, tissues and organs of our bodies with 20 amino acids that are essential to our bodies ability to build and maintain strong bones, health organs, and strong muscles. Trying to lose weight without eating… proteins mostly results in losing more muscle than fat… while starving your body of nutrients needed for a strong health body.
3.) Fats
While keeping our fat consumption to a minimum is often recommended for losing weight, it’s also important to remember that we need to consume fatty foods to aid our bodies in the absorption vitamins A, D, E and K. So, trying to loss weight by eliminating fat from your diet can only result in poor health.
When dieting for better health, you should always consult a nutritionist to be sure you’re eating the proper balance of fats, proteins and carbohydrates that are need for your body’s health.
